What Can Happen During Q&A?

The question and answer portion of your presentation just may be the most important part. But too many times I see people run out of time, therefore having to skip over Q&A. Effective public speaking skills includes handling questions and answers.

Here are 3 reasons why you should never skip over your Q&A.

  1. You need to give your audience what they need, but you won't know what they need unless they ask you or tell you. They will do that during Q&A.
  2. Someone may give you a testimonial or tell you that they agree with everything you are presenting. This helps go get buy-in from the rest of your audience.
  3. Gives you an opportunity to clear any confusion up or add something you may have forgotten.
