Do you talk to fast when you speak in public?

It's very common for many people to talk too fast when speaking in public. It's nerves, it's excitement, and it's passion for your subject matter. But... if you talk too fast your audience is not going to be able to keep up with you, especially since they are hearing this information for the first time, whereas you are very familiar with it.

If you tend to talk too fast, put a SPEED BUMP on your tongue! Slow it down and your audience will retain a whole lot more.
