In your presentations you need to assure them they are going to get great service and great outcomes. Explain to them, be honest with them about what's happening with your business, but keep it positive.

No matter how negative a situation is, we have the choice to explain it in a negative way or a positive way. Negative actions produce negative results, positive presentations produce positive results.
