How to Read Your PowerPoint

If you tend to read your PowerPoint slides or notes, do what Oprah Does when she needs to read her teleprompter. Read a couple of sentences, pause, look at your audience, smile. Or throw out a comment or rhetorical question to the audience while looking at them. Do this and you will connect with your audience and keep them engaged.
