Golfing is like Public Speaking

What do you like to do?
What are you really good at?
Were you always good at it?
Did you always like it?
I once hated golf. Why? Because every time I went to hit the ball, I dug up the ground and missed the ball. I never could hit it. But several years later I gave it another try. I had a very good lesson. I did what the instructor said, and I actually hit the ball! Not once, not twice, but many, many times. It was so much fun! I am not real good at, only because I haven't kept it up. I'm too busy biking. But public speaking is just like anything else. If you take lessons to learn the skills, if you follow instruction and do what you learn, and if you keep it up, you will like it, get great at it, and you will keep getting better.
