Public Speaking Confidence

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The speaker said “Some of you may have more experience than me so feel free to leave if you feel you cannot learn from me.”

WRONG! Never ever say this to your audience or even think it. No matter what your experience is, it is different from the people in your audience and you have something of value that they will gain from listening to you. It may be just one thing, but that one thing could change their life tremendously.
